Can you try the following?
$ rpm -q  --qf "%{N}-%{V}-%{R}.%{ARCH}\n"

This will also show the architecture for the packages. If you get
different architectures (i386 and x86_64, for example), you can try to
update the package:
# yum update libxslt.i386

Or try to remove it and see if it affects other important packages:
# yum remove libxslt.i386
