Installation of XP should not touch the FC partitions. The only thing that
it does is overwrite the boot loader (grub) with its own, which does not
know about other operating systems. To be able to boot FC after you
install XP you will have to rewrite grub to the MBR (master boot record).
For that, you will need the FC rescue disk. Boot FC off that, then it will
ask you if you want to do a chroot. Say yes, then do an /sbin/grub-install
(man grub-install). You can try grub-install first from FC, before you
start the XP installation.

Better yet, install XP, then install FC6.
