yum install gconf-editor (if you don't already have it), then pull down Applications -> System Tools -> Configuration Editor. Network entries are in system/networking/wireless/networks. Just delete the ones you don't want.
The keys are in your keyring, so yum install gnome-keyring (if you don't already have it), Then pull down Applications -> System Tools -> Keyring Manager and delete the corresponding entries there.
