I've added it to /etc/profile and to /etc/rc.local so next reboot LD_LIBRARY_PATH should be set. I still don't know why I need LD_LIBRARY_PATH set when these libraries ARE in ldconfig's cache, but that's where I'm at. The library as listed in ldconfig's cache is: libarjni63.so (libc6) => /usr/local/lib/ar63/libarjni63.so Thanks, James
