When in doubt always look in /etc for the conf files or use man.
In this case there is a conf file and a directory; I just edited the
conf file.
Unpacking a freshrpms package-that-is-supposed-to-set-this-up set up
the directory instead, but conflicted with the livna URLs. Yum seems to
work with either the directory or the conf file.
