FC4 - Network issue

Hi

I have a fairly basic box housed at a remote IDC - It runs FC4 and over 
the weekend got quite busy and was maintaining 30 megabit transfer over 
http -

The box dropped off the network and i thought it had crashed. When i got 
it rebooted it came back and transpired that the box was up but the 
networking was down. I see this many times in the logs during the time 
out the outage.

kernel: eth0: NULL pointer encountered in Rx ring

can anyone advise me as to what that error means ?
