Stupid every-day things like using "Shift - Up/Down" "Ctrl + Space + Up/Down" to mark messages for move/delete (which work just fine in konqueror) are not configured by default and require a lot of customization to semi-work. I saw a lot of threads about the kmail weird keyboard navigation (compared to other KDE applications), hopefully KDE4 will fix this weird usability issue - Gilboa
