Fully updated - start control center (kcontrol) - printers -
administrator - add printer
After yoiu hit finish you get a pop-up which says:
Unable to change printer properties. Error received from manager:
client-error-not-found.
Using system-config-printer works. I did notice it takes a long time to start
that section up.
