Hi All,
I am having a problem with 3D acceleration with the Livna kmod-fglrx
package [and related files] and Fedora Core 6. I've installed kmod-
fglrx [and related files], but 3D acceleration on my Radeon X1800XL
isn't working. I've run aticonfig --initial to modify the xorg.conf
and ati-fglrx-config-display with the enable option, and 3D
acceleration doesn't seem to work. When I run fgl_glxgears, I get
the following output:
[uquevedo@amdx2 ~]$ fgl_glxgears
Using GLX_SGIX_pbuffer
Xlib: extension "XFree86-DRI" missing on display ":0.0".
X Error of failed request: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
Major opcode of failed request: 128 (GLX)
Minor opcode of failed request: 5 (X_GLXMakeCurrent)

Here is the output from glxinfo:
[uquevedo@amdx2 ~]$ glxinfo

In the ATI Control Panel the Open GL vendor and version information is:
Vendor: Mesa project: www.mesa3d.org
Version: 1.2 (1.5 Mesa 6.5.1)
Renderer: Mesa GLX Indirect
I had this all working under Fedora Core 5, but now it doesn't seem
to work at all.
This is a fresh install of FC6 BTW.
Thanx for any and all help!
