Sendmail is usually running on FC4, and it may be listening to the port, usually just on the local loopback interface. It's used for things like the cron and logwatch reports being sent to the root user. -- (Currently testing FC5, but still running FC4, if that's important.) Don't send private replies to my address, the mailbox is ignored. I read messages from the public lists.
