FC6 - booting problems with Toshiba Satellite A105-S4014

I installed FC in a Toshiba A105-S4014 (Core Duo T2400-1.83GHz, 2 Gbytes of 
RAM,
120 Gbytes of SATA-HD, Intel GMA 950 Video Board, Realtek ALC861, IEEE 
1394).

Instalation was without any trouble, but system simple don't boot. It's 
start and stop
in udev. Screen goes black. I installed used software (gcc, openoffice, and 
XEN).

Any clues? Solutions?

I was running FC5 without problems in same computer.
