I checked the SHA1SUM info and all files are correct except for
FC-6-i386-disc2.iso.
The size is correct (714240000)
I have downloaded it from 2 different sites just to double-check and I
get the same results.

My results were:
a644ac65f68d6fb638149b1fc8ead7c6e7cec557  FC-6-i386-disc2.iso

Check the first 64 KB of the file and see if you get this result...

$ dd if=FC-6-i386-disc2.iso of=- bs=1024 count=64 | sha1sum -
da39a3ee5e6b4b0d3255bfef95601890afd80709  -
64+0 records in
64+0 records out

Also dump the ISO header (if possible) and make sure the
disc identity (especially Volume id) looks just like this:

$ isoinfo -d -i FC-6-i386-disc2.iso
CD-ROM is in ISO 9660 format
