FIXED:

[root@goorah rpm]# history  | tail
 387  cd /var/lib/rpm
 388  ls __db.00*
 389  rm __db.00*
 390  rpm --rebuilddb
 391  yum clean all
 392  history  | tail

This solved my problem.
