Just upgrade my kernel from initrd-2.6.13-1.1532_FC4 to initrd-2.6.17-1.2142_FC4

now one of my nic cards does not get recognized

i get this error
sk98lin device eth1 does not seem to be present, delaying initialization

I have added some config stuff below  that hopefully will help..

Hello,

Try replacing sk98lin in your /etc/modprobe.conf with skge:

	alias eth1 skge

followed by a "modprobe skge" and "service network restart" should put you back in business.
