I tried another distro and discover that it was having a lot of segfault... so you were so right and I'm so sad! :(

As Matthew suggested, first try and rebuild the RPM database, the
procedure is explained at

Failing this, you might want to consider looking at potential hardware
errors, first by testing the RAM,
