Thanks Tod! So far the information I'm finding seems to say that one needs to patch the kernel with the patches for something called a "PPSKit". After that the stock ntpd from ntp.org should be able to use one of its built-in refclock drivers. (Also mentioned in the first gatago.com link above.) I was hoping that someone would just say that recent Fedora's kernels contain all the stuff needed to do the PPS timestamping, but it is looking like that may not be the case. -wolfgang -- Wolfgang S.
