you didn't google, did you? sorry, your question is quite
incomprehensible. there are enough methods to fight spam, but it depends
where:

is your own mailserver sending spam?
are you receveing spam?

if your server sends spam, you should read some documentation about
relaying with sendmail and some mechanisms to secure it:
http://www.sendmail.org/tips/relaying.php

(of course, there is more, google is your friend...)

also, you could use spamassassin in conjunction with your mailserver to
check incoming messages. Spamassassin is in Core packages and installable
via yum.
