I am having problems getting FC5 to recognise a SCSI harddrive. I did a
reinstall with the drive connected and powered up but Fedora is not
seeing it.

A 'cat /proc/scsi/scsi' shows no attached devices.

I have looked at UDEV documentation a bit but was not enlightened.

Are you sure the driver for your SCSI controller is loaded? Which
SCSI controller is it? ("lspci | grep SCSI")

I am getting :-

02:07.0 SCSI storage controller: BusLogic BT-946C (old) [multimaster 01]

I also have an Adaptec AHA2920 controller.and it gives :-

02.07.0 SCSI storage controller: Future Domain Corp. TMC-18c39 [36C70]

But neither seem to show any presence or attached devices.
