you can use sarg also easy to configure and on redhat system if you dag repo for yum just do yum install sarg it will install sarg.

What MTA you are using Sendmail/Postfix/Qmail/Exim ? There are lots of tools available for monitoring. Network monitoring Cacti, Opennms,mon,nagios etc. Regards Ankush Grover
