No, anaconda cannot resize ntfs partitions.  Use what
you have at hand, ie., partition magic,
gparted-livecd, systemrescuecd, knoppix, etc. to
partition the drive.  Running scandisk and
defragmenting the drive is recommended so the
partition works better.
