pdf files don't display in mozilla and firefox

I've installed everything from the FC5 distribution and some extras.
I've installed mozilla-acroread.
Now I notice I can't view pdf files. 
Acroread is also installed.

machine1<515> rpm -qa|grep acroread
mozilla-acroread-7.0.5-2.2.fc5.rf
acroread-7.0.5-2.2.fc5.rf

Anyone any ideas?
