Bluetooth isdn modem

I'm trying to use an AVM Fritz bluetooth ISDN modem. The device is detected as hci0. If I try to connect to it by keying:
hidd -connect 00:04:0E:88:9D:28 I get an errormsg saying:
Can't connect resource temp unavailable.
How do I configure from here ?

results from hcitool:
hcitool dev:
   hci0    00:04:0E:88:92:88
