fp (IDE for freepascal) just hangs under FC5. Any solution?

Hi,

I tried searching for the solution for this problem but could nto find
any. I have FC5 running with all latest updates. When I issue the
command 'fp' for invoking the ide for free-pascal, it causes the CPU
usage to go high (90%+) and nothing comes up.

Is anybody else running it successfully?
