Running FC5.
Problem just started happening. Using wget to retrieve files via HTTP,
transfer speed gets progressively slower until it is basically transferring
nothing. Seems to start happening after 48k has been transferred.
Problem first appeared when doing yum updates (which uses wget?). But
even straight-up wget transfers experience the issue. FTP and SCP
transfers are unaffected and are quite speedy. Unsure what to look
at. Any ideas?
