Hi Tim:
        Yes, those are the correct size numbers for this RealSynch LCD.

lspci -v returns...

        Flags: bus master, 66Mhz, medium devsel, latency 64
        Memory at c0000000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=256M]
        Memory at feae0000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=64K]
        Capabilities: [50] Power Management version 2

I believe that [size=256M] is correct and not the 16 megs reported by
ddcprobe, the difference, there, is still a mystery to me.
