Dear All When I convert a large tiff file to pdf format, the resulting pdf file has an incredibly smaller size comparatively to the original tiff file. So, my question is: does the conversion process loose information? Or is there some compressing while converting from tiff to pdf? Can pdf files have compressed information? Thanks in advance, Paul
