Lonnie, i'm having the same problem, tossing email no sweat now, using
firefox no sweat... it's yum alone complaining. I did nothing! I swear!

To elaborate, it happens when yum can't connect to the server.  In
most cases, that's cause you have no internet access.  In this
particular case, its because the server is b0rk3n.
