SFTP: channel 0 rcvd big packet

Greetings:

I'm downloading some files off the 'net via SFTP
I'm getting messages / errors  stating that a big packet was rcvd on channel 0 

Questions:

1) Is it me or them?
2) Am I loosing data?
3) If it is me, how do I resolve the issue?
