works fine for me. i use vmware server 1.0.0, and in the menu: VM -> Removable Devices -> USB, i see the 'Logitech USB Device'. when enabling it, i see it in XP and can use the camera. regards, toby ps: you need to add a 'USB Controller' to your VM.
