Usually DHCP server "remembers" the Mac Address of a PC, thus usually it will
give it the same IP address. Or to make sure, we can define it in dhcpd.conf
so that PC A, with Mac Address xx:xx:xx:xx:xx, should be given IP address
xxx.xxx.xxx.x
