	The configs are set.  The problem is in getting the IPv6 stack
unloaded.  THAT requires a reboot.

	You can turn on IPv6 in Windows XP and not have to reboot Windows.  If
you want to turn OFF IPv6 in Linux, you have to reboot.  How's that for
irony.

	Oh, and it seems that in Windows Vista you will not even be able to
turn IPv6 off (it breaks some applications).

	Problem with FC4 and FC5 (and numerous other distributions) is that
IPv6 is NOT enabled.  It's loaded, but it was loaded by reference.  The
default for NETWORKING_IPV6 is "no".  Consequently, none of the
configuration scripts have run and it's not fully configured (which is
what's causing some problems with some people).
