i just installed FC5 on a family member's computer (that's 2 so far
:D), but it won't boot the windows XP OS. when i select xp from the
menu, the screen just goes blank for a second, then it goes back to
the grub menu and starts the countdown again (or continues it, don't
remember). can anyone help me troubleshoot this? is it an NTFS
problem?

here's the menu.lst, FC boots fine:

default=0
timeout=12
splashimage=(hd0,5)/boot/grub/splash.xpm.gz
#hiddenmenu
