Because the build system changed (it now requires all BuildRequires to be
listed), and the KDE update packages weren't adjusted for it.

Looks like it won't come back for some time. It requires imlib to build and that has been moved
to Extras. AFAIK our buildsystem doesn't pull in dependencies from Extras yet.
Lets hope that Than finds a solution....
