I'm shortly to swap my faithful CRT for a 20/21" Widescreen TFT.
Before I splash the cash I wanted to be (fairly) certain that fedora will be able to handle the resolution.
I've seen the recent comments about generating a suitable modeline which I think I could manage...Is this all there is to worry about or should I be aware of other problems?
The graphics card is an ATI 9600 using livna ATI drivers.
Anyone care to recommend a 'nice' widescreen?
