Here on FC5, `rpm -qa|grep ipw` only shows:
ipw2200-firmware-3.0-1.lvn5

The ipw2200 and several ieee80211* kernel module are loaded, and I connect to
wifi wep/wpa LANs using the networkmanager applet (GNOME). NetworkManager
service must run too.
