About HP scanner ScanJet 4370

I'm interested on HP scanner, ScanJet 4370.  However there is no
backend driver for this scanner;

it is suggested trying the external hp3900 backend.  But the scanner is
marked as "untested".


Has any folk on the list tried this hp3900 on ScanJet 4370?  TIA
