No.  See the release notes[1]

Ah, you are correct.  The latest source is available from the
updates-source repo. I tried installing the source using:

# yum --enablerepo=updates-source install kernel-$(uname -r).src
Loading "installonlyn" plugin
Loading "fastestmirror" plugin
