OT but could you provide a quick-start guide to VMware. I have the
player rpm. I assume that I need the server if I want to install
WinXP?? I have a licensed copy of WinXP. I cannot quite get a handle

I use the free Beta VMware Server the allows you to install and configure all OSes that are supported by VMware.  Currently using FC5 on all systems, and vmware on two systems that I sometimes need a second OS to run a program or test a program I am writing.
