Sorry though, but the code seems quite complex , and I am not personally that familiar with the boost graph library, which is what this is using.

My suggestion is to contact the maintainers of the package you are using and ask them for help. The problem is almost certainly in how they use some part of boost, that is not compatible with the boost version used in FC5 (or perhaps gcc 4.1).
