Hi, I don't know whats going on but yumex gives this error in FC5 "Cannot open/read repomd.xml file for repository: base failure: repodata/repomd.xml from base: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try." But this repo "[david@reddwarf ~]$ sudo vim /etc/yum.repos.d/local-base" contains # planetmirror base# http://public.planetmirror.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/$releasever/$basearch/os
