Enter a Request for Enhancement in http://bugzilla.redhat.com. Incidentally, what you might want is to request "mount by UUID". See man mount and man tune2fs for details. The result would be less descriptive, but should be unique (unless someone has replicated a computer by copying filesystems from one drive to another...)
