Noted with tks.

I have a FC5_64 box newly built with a Sony DVD Writer DRU-820A
installed.

Performed following tests;

1)
Burned TDK DVD+RW on FC5_64 by running K3b. Failed alwasys complaining
no media on the tray.

Ran;
$ growisofs -dvd-compat -speed=4 -Z /dev/dvd -R -J -pad
/path/to/directory

It worked erasing the DVD first then burning all files on the
directory.

$ dvd+rw-format -lead-out
It worked without complaint but the content on DVD not erased

$ dvd+rw-format -blank
It did not work and complained

2)
Moved the NEC DVD Writer ND-3570A from FC3 to FC5_64 box

Burned TDK DVD+RW by running K3b. Failed alwasys complaining no media
on the tray.

I suspect whether it is the problem of K3d on FC3 box being
out-of-date.
