Well unfortunately I've still had very little luck here.
I'm pushing 50-60 installs now, in various modes with various options
and I'm still unable to install a stable FC5 system.
Have you tried turning off the RAID in the Adaptec 2100S or
using a different controller to see if that is the problem?
Unfortunately I don't have another scsi raid controller to try. I am
able to run a continuous destructive badblocks test on the array which
identifies zero errors.
