He has indeed http://www.all-the-johnsons.co.uk/mono/rpms.html They all come with a government health warning that they are in no way guaranteed to work, sing, dance, are not currently part of FE (they are working their way through). gtksourceview-sharp currently requires you to use --force when you install.
