hi.... yeah.. i know this is off topic, but there might be someone who might be able to help... i'm trying to find a mailing list focused on indian/chinese students (or software developers) who are in indian/chinese colleges studying software programming... any list that might be useful would help. i could also use any website that might be devoted/geared towards this area... searching google hasn't really helped.. any thoughts/ideas/etc... thanks -bruce ps. this is serious, it's not spam!
