"You are not privileged to mount the volume 'CDROM'."

When I insert a data CDROM, my Fedora 5 system (recently upgraded
from Fedora 3) pops a dialog saying this:

    Cannot mount volume

You are not privileged to mount the volume 'CDROM'.

                                               [ OK ]

I can mount the CD from a non-privileged command-line shell
with 'mount /mnt/cdrom'.

My /etc/fstab file contains this line:

/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom iso9660 noauto,ro,user 0 0

I am using GNOME and Nautilus.

How can I fix this?

Should I report this as a bug?

Thanks.
