FC5 Apache - mod_access.so missing

I newly installed FC5 from scratch and included Apache. When I try tostart Apache (httpd) it says it can't load mod_access.so. That is not sostange since it does not exist. I thougt mod_access.so installeautomaticly while Apache is installed. I installed the FC5 from DVD.Question is how do I install mod_access.so?
