Hey all, I keep having problems with my panel in KDE locking up a lot. It happened a lot several weeks ago, so I reinstalled FC4. It did great for a while and now it has started to do it again. I have rebooted multiple times and that hasn't helped. I am running kernel 2.6.11-1 and kdebase 6:3.5.1-0.3. What happens is when I go to right/left click on anything on the panel I don't get a response for at least 2-3 minutes and usually it is more around 5 minutes. When it does respond, it will usually lock up again where I can't get rid of the menu that I click on. I am able to right click on the desktop and work in applications fine, but it isn't easy for me to open new apps. Alt-Tab works fine for me to switch between programs, but I can't click on it in the panel. Does anybody have any ideas? -- Nathaniel Hall, GSEC GCFW GCIA
