Is nrpms offline?

For quite a while now I've been getting errors when using the nrpmsrepository. Is this no longer a valid repository?


Errors:

http://yum.nrpms.net/fedora-4-i386/production/repodata/repomd.xml:[Errno 4] IOError: <urlopen error (-2, 'Name or service not known')>

Trying other mirror.
Cannot open/read repomd.xml file for repository: nrpms
failure: repodata/repomd.xml from nrpms: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

Error: failure: repodata/repomd.xml from nrpms: [Errno 256] No moremirrors to try.
