Just for the halibut (and because I'm a masochist) I decided to see if I could get my Linksys WPC54G ver.2 wireless card running on my Toshiba Tecra 8000 under FC5. Again. It turns out that the thing crashes when using the stock kernel (2.6.16-1.2080_FC5). So, muttering all the way, I pulled in the Linuxant 16K stack kernel, 2.6.16-1.2080_FC5.stk16. The Livna ndiswrapper RPM (ndiswrapper-1.13-1.lvn5) installs fine on it. However, it refuses to insert itself: [root@teckla ~]# modprobe ndiswrapper FATAL: Error inserting ndiswrapper (/lib/modules/2.6.16-1.2080_FC5.stk16/extra/ndiswrapper/ndiswrapper.ko): Invalid module format -- Charles Curley /"\ ASCII Ribbon Campaign Looking for fine software \ / Respect for open standards and/or writing?
